Ad Campaign: Lanvin S/S 2012: Aymeline Valade, Othilia Simon, Marte Mei van Haaster, Aaron Vernon, Angus Low & Johannes Schulze by Steven Meisel


Seduction and sex appeal were clear presence for Alber Elbaz’s spring/summer campaign, in a garden-of-Eden inspired, exotic and festive dinner party, were Lanvin shakes up the party with snakes. Aymeline Valade, Othilia Simon & Marte Mei van Haaster look ultra glamorous in ladylike dressing of sheer and impeccable draped dresses. The men; Aaron Vernon, Angus Low & Johannes Schulze wear sleek and sharp tailoring from tuxedos and brights to leather and colour-blocked, shot by legendary fashion photographer Steven Meisel.

 Soundtrack by 18year old Bronx, NY-born artist Maxine Ashley first caught the attention of super-producer Pharrell Williams on YouTube.

    Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I'll definitely be back.
